Draggable Panels Bootstrap test

Draggable Panels is designed on HTML5 and CSS3 with bootstrap framework 3. The animations is done by JavaScript. The Draggable Panels are fully responsive which can be drag up and down by clicking and moving them. We can move these panels from top to bottom and bottom to top. We can  change easily in the panels due to its clean code.
